Welcome to Syndicate Society. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. General

Syndicate Society reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Products & Availability

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary depending on your device or monitor.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

In the event of a pricing error, incorrect product information, or inventory discrepancy, Syndicate Society reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order. If payment has already been processed, you will be notified and refunded if applicable.

4. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Payment issues
  • Product availability
  • Pricing errors
  • Violation of these Terms

5. Shipping

Shipping, processing times, delivery estimates, and related policies are outlined in our separate Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Returns & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Unless a manufacturing defect is approved by Syndicate Society, all sales are final.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to logos, graphics, product designs, artwork, photographs, videos, text, branding, and other materials—is the exclusive property of Syndicate Society and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Distribute malicious software or interfere with website functionality.
  • Copy or misuse our intellectual property.
  • Engage in fraudulent activity or abuse promotions.

Violation of these Terms may result in cancellation of orders and restriction of access to our website.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syndicate Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where prohibited by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

PRESALE ORDER TERMS

By purchasing an item marked as Presale, Preorder, or Made-to-Order from Syndicate Society, you acknowledge and agree to the following Presale Order Terms.

1. PRESALE ITEMS

Presale items are products offered for purchase before they are available for immediate shipment.

By placing a presale order, you understand that:

  • The product is not currently ready to ship.
  • Your order reserves the selected product and size for the applicable production run.
  • Production begins or continues based on presale demand.
  • Presale orders may require an extended period of time before shipment.

Purchasing a presale item constitutes your agreement to wait for production and fulfillment.

2. PRODUCTION & SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Any production, completion, or shipping timeframe displayed on our website, product page, social media, Discord, email, or other communication is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Production or fulfillment may be affected by circumstances including manufacturing schedules, material availability, quality-control requirements, carrier delays, weather, supply-chain disruptions, or other circumstances outside Syndicate Society’s reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the estimated timeframe and communicate significant delays when appropriate.

3. ORDER CHANGES

Because presale orders may be submitted for production based on the customer’s selections, changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.

This includes changes to:

  • Size
  • Quantity
  • Product or variation
  • Shipping information

Customers should carefully review all order information before completing checkout.

If you notice an error, contact Syndicate Society as soon as possible. We may attempt to accommodate the request if production or fulfillment has not progressed too far, but we cannot guarantee that a change can be made.

4. CANCELLATIONS

Presale orders are considered final once submitted.

Orders cannot be canceled solely because:

  • The customer changes their mind;
  • The customer ordered the incorrect size;
  • The customer no longer wants the product;
  • The estimated production or shipping timeframe changes due to reasonable production or fulfillment delays.

Syndicate Society reserves the right to cancel an order when necessary, including circumstances involving inventory or production issues, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or an inability to fulfill the order. If Syndicate Society cancels an order that cannot be fulfilled, the customer will receive an appropriate refund or other remedy as required by applicable law.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Presale products are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns, exchanges, or refunds except in the case of an eligible manufacturing defect or where otherwise required by applicable law.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you must contact Syndicate Society and provide clear photographs and/or video showing the issue.

Syndicate Society will review the submitted information and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Where legally permitted, an approved resolution may include:

  • Replacement of the defective item;
  • Store credit; or
  • Another resolution determined appropriate by Syndicate Society.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

6. SIZING

Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before placing an order.

Selecting an incorrect size does not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Because presale quantities may be produced according to orders received, Syndicate Society does not guarantee that another size will be available for an exchange.

7. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If your shipping address changes before your order ships, contact Syndicate Society as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun or a shipping label has been created.

Syndicate Society is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, subject to applicable law.

8. PRODUCT APPEARANCE

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products through photographs, videos, mockups, samples, and digital media.

Minor differences may occur between promotional materials or samples and the final production item, including slight variations in color, placement, material appearance, stitching, printing, or other manufacturing characteristics.

Such minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s intended use are not considered manufacturing defects.

9. PRESALE AVAILABILITY

Presale availability may be limited.

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. Your order is secured only after checkout and payment have been successfully completed and your order has been accepted.

Syndicate Society may close a presale early, extend a presale period, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary.

10. DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONAL CODES

Presale discounts, early-access offers, Discord-exclusive codes, and other promotions may have specific eligibility requirements and expiration dates.

Promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed orders unless Syndicate Society expressly agrees otherwise.

Promotional codes have no cash value and may not be combined unless otherwise stated.

11. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you have a concern regarding your presale order, please contact Syndicate Society before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to address the issue.

The fact that an item was clearly disclosed as a presale product, or that the customer later changes their mind, does not by itself constitute a valid reason for claiming that an authorized transaction was unauthorized.

Nothing in this section limits a customer’s lawful right to dispute a transaction through their payment provider or exercise any rights available under applicable law.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF PRESALE TERMS

By completing a presale purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Presale Order Terms, including that:

THE ITEM IS A PRESALE PRODUCT AND IS NOT READY FOR IMMEDIATE SHIPMENT.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING DATES ARE ESTIMATES AND MAY CHANGE.

PRESALE ORDERS ARE GENERALLY FINAL SALE EXCEPT FOR ELIGIBLE MANUFACTURING DEFECTS OR AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW.

These Presale Order Terms should be read together with Syndicate Society’s general Terms of Service, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms displayed at checkout.
